Description

Composition: salicylic acid 0.2%, etc.
10 g.
Heel spur (or plantar fasciitis) - change (growth) of the plantar fascia due to inflammatory-degenerative process or injury, which is accompanied by pain in the heel during exercise. Externally, the spur may not manifest itself in any way.
The main symptom is a sharp, acute pain in the heel, which intensifies in the morning (after a long period of rest) and with increasing load (walking, physical exercise). At the beginning of the disease, a person feels a slight pain in the morning, which disappears during the day, and in the evening intensifies again. If left untreated, a feeling of “a nail driven into the heel” appears, and the person begins to limp. If there are spurs on both heels, a person can hardly walk.
Causes of heel spurs
inflammatory diseases of the joints or spine, for example, arthritis, gout, osteoarthritis, as a result of which the gait changes;
longitudinal flatfoot;
metabolic disorders, excess weight;
foot injuries, especially heels;
diseases that impair blood circulation, such as diabetes;
excessive stress on the heels (playing sports, wearing high-heeled shoes).< br>Most often, spurs on the heel appear after 40 years. Women suffer from this disease more often than men. This is most likely caused by wearing shoes with heels that are too high. A high heel increases the load on the area of fascia attached to the heel tubercle.
Application: The ointment is applied to the sore heel only after steaming it thoroughly in hot water. The hotter the water, the better the soft tissues will be prepared to “accept” the drug. The ointment should not just be applied to the sore heel, but intensively rubbed into it.

Apply the ointment three times a day in the first week of treatment. Usually just one week is enough for the patient to feel relief from the symptoms of the disease. But improvement is not a reason to stop treatment.
You need to continue rubbing in the ointment, but reduce the frequency of this procedure during the day (once a day will be enough). Typically, the course of treatment for heel spurs with local medications is about 10-14 days.

Ingredients: duck bile, catechin, menthol, salicylic acid 0.2% and etc.
